PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during shipping
Has a printing defect or quality issue
Is incorrect (wrong item sent)
We will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

REPLACEMENT PROCESS Once we verify the issue with the photos provided:

We will send a replacement item at no cost
No need to return the defective item
Replacement will be shipped within 3-7 business days
WRONG ADDRESS We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.
